hi i am new to PE and signed up for penishealth.com
i was planning on doing the premade beginner plan:
The Wake Up Cloth 1min
The Long Shlong 3min
The Jelq 3min
Horizontal Movement 2min
The Wake Up Cloth 1 min
PC Flex Basic +++
i was wondering if you do the excercises one after the other or spread them out through the day. for example do you do the long schlong in the morning and jelq at night or is it more of start to finish in 10 min.
