ok so i'm at 7.5" BPEL and i need way more girth im only at 5". so here my new girth workout: 100 jelqs, 30 squeezes, 50 jelqs, 20 squeezes. i'ma try to do two workout a day. the other workout qill be at least 100 pc flexes . any advice? i'm not taking PSP anymore but i will again soon.
