Ok I started the program about 5 days ago. My routine is:
4 min warm up
10 min jelq
6-8 min advanced jelq
4 min horizontal movement
4 min cooldown
I have about a month and a half before I see my girl again currently I'm 6.5 inches long and 5 1/8 in girth I'm trying to primarily gain in girth my goals for this short period of time are 7' long and at least 5.5' in girth, I've also ordered a 30 day supply of prosolution pills to help me out. My question is do you guys think I can reach those goals in the time I have or is it a lost cause? Should I get more pills or is a 30 day supply enough? Also if I take the pills and see gains do some of those gains go away once I stop taking the pills?

I also have a jelq question. Is it ok to jelq with the foreskin partially over the head of my penis or should I hold it back? I don't think it should matter but I want to make sure.

How fast you gain varies from one individual to another. The more intense you do your secercises the better. but if you start seeing a lo of bruising and such ease up.

I actually had figured out the principle behind this method a long time ago and have put my penis though a lot of stress before I joined penis-health.

I started off and got the blood spots and the bruising right away. It went away the next day. I got used to it quickly. I did a lot of kegels too.

I have measured myself several times in the past to see where I was. I didn't have a ruler when I started PE though. I always measured 6.5" though. I have no idea what my girth was to begin with either.

I am now at 7.5" and 5.5" in girth. Mostly by doing jelqs. I hardly did any stretches. I did this in a little over a month! I can hardly believe it!

It's possible but seems unlikely because I don't know of anyone else posting gains this fast.

I seem to be slowing down considerably now though. I read that some people get some fast initial gains to begin with and others are hard gainers all around. Perhaps if you are more the former than the latter you will reach your goal in time to see your girlfriend.

If you are focusing more on girth take a look at the horizantal movement excercise. Also needling may help a little. Jelqs increase both length and girth.

As for the foreskin, I don't have one. I was snipped at birth. But it is the penis you are working on and not the skin. I don't think it would make any difference. Just be sure that you are forcing the blood inside you penis into the head. You should be able to feel the pressure buildup in the head with each Jelq.

Think of your penis as a complicated water ballon that you are trying to stretch from the inside out.

Check out The girth exercises are amazing and I've switched out horizontal movement for the "ferrari trio" to much success. Everybody in this forum should give them a try.

Whoa! Thanks for showing me that website! I'll give it a try right now!

I must advise anyone doing those excercises though to use extreme caution! Just from reading those descriptions I can tell that the potential for injury is high.
