Hi, i'm new to this..
I'm glad with my penis size. but i'm not happy with my sex drive.
are there any workouts that can help my penis stay hard or harder?

25 Reverse squeezes (This I just discovered recently, its like a PC flex yet its a different part of the PC I beleive, you remember when you first discoverd the PC, by making the urine stop, well this is the oppisite, next time you are taking a piss try to push the urine through faster, I know you know what I mean, now do it without peeing, your abs should shift a little bit while you do it)

what do you mean by "squeezing"?
do you squeeze the penis like you would in "The Jelq"?
should i take pills or are they just all fake?

The Squeeze-

Squeezes for penile girth are unrelated to PC squeezes.

Here's how you do "The Squeeze": With one hand at the base (with your thumb and forefinger in "OK" sign as if milking) and the other hand (same way) positioned just behind the head of the penis- SQUEEZE!

Your penis should look VERY swollen and veiny. Hold this position for five seconds. Release, and start over. Do up to 50+ total reps, resting a bit every 10 reps or so (this is a hard exercise!)
now which way do i squeeze?
Do i squeeze from the bottom or from the head of the penis. or do i squeeze both. bring both hands closer to each other?
