Hey Everyone, i just joined penishealth.com and started the exersices. I know in my mind 50% of this stuff works because ive done jeqing in the past which have alone increased my size by 0.4 inches in a month. But i dont know 100% that if it was because i was growing (that time i was 20 and now im 21) or if it was because of jelqing.

Because i didnt jelq the same way as most ppl do here, i jelqed by holding the whole penis in my hand (semi erect) and first squeezing the pinky finger (which will be at the base of the penis, then squeeze the finger next to the pinky, then the middle finger until i reach the end of my hand and the penis is FULL at that point and you can feel a strectch in there.

What do you all think, is this way i used to jelq (only for a month then i had too much work) actually what worked? or am i just imagining things? My max size before was 5.5inchines, but now its 5.8 or 5.9.

Anyhow, i have started (2nd day) of my exercises and will be doing so consistently and monitoring my results. I have to say im a little specticale about this, but thats not because i dont think this may not work, its just my mind does not want to believe it tho half of me already does. I will give it my best and not give up. Altho penis size isnt "everything" to me, but i think it will greatly help in this materialistic world we live in today to increase my confidence. Even on non sexual things, like just hanging out with friends. I dont knwo why but i know it will.

Welcome to the forum :)

The jelqing you have described sounds like the caterpillar, it is a jelq variation. Do yourself a favour, follow the 20 - 25 minute beginner routine for a few weeks and then progress from there. Dont forget to start light and easy at first to allow your dick to condition and then increase the intensity as you progress. Remember, injury will delay your gains!!!

As Daz says the technique you have described is a variation of the jelq which is used by many men on here. As you are into your 20's I would say it is more likely that it was the exercising that was growing your penis so in that case get into a regular routine and give it a shot, Im sure if you stay dedicated you will be in no doubt its the exercises that are working :)

Thanks guys! I will surely let you know! Wow i cant believe i did one of the exercises without actually reading about it. I just thought it would work after thinking about the aims of jelqing.

I will surely let you all know how things go. Yes i will be careful with starting slow and warming up, i have read that way too many times on the thread hehe.

You know what i find weird, yet really cool??? Us guys normally i see, dissing each other saying ahhhh you got a small dick etc, and try to be the dominant ones, yet here, i see even the most dominant types being helpful to everyone!! I think this is how we should be, i mean girls stick together in every aspect of life, they even go TOGETHER to the toilet!
But then agian, nature has designed us this way somewhat.

Dont just read about the exercises Selman - you have access to PenisHealth so make sure you watch the videos too so you can make sure you are performing the exercises exactly how they should be ;)
