View Full Version : Which excercised require you to be erect, limp, or inbetween?

Hi guys. I've been a member for probably almost a year now, but I've never figured out how to do the excercises right. I don't know, there was always a reason that I couldn't get the system down. For one, I didn't know what pills to get, and I didn't really think I was ready to spend a lot on them. One of my probs was, since I wasn't sure if I was doing it right I just ended up masturbating. :) :(

So, let me get this straight, what excercises do you need to be limp for, what do you need to be semi-erect for, and what do you need to be erect for? This seemed to be my first big confusion, and since it takes effort to go from one state to the other, I wanted to get it right.

So, maybe by knowing this, I'll be able to come up with a routine.

BTW, I think when I last measured I was 5", and I want to increase both length and girth. When I work out, I tend to get a lot of results pretty fast, but I don't know if that has anything to do with this.

ok.. to me vig-rx works faster. Ron jeremy who is the biggest pornstar takes it and his video testimonal is on the www.vig-rx site..i gained 1inch in 2 weeks combined with this program.

stretching execises have to be done limp
pc can be done limp or with a erection
jelq, you have to have 85% erection. the more hard you are the more blood flow which means faster results..

With the jelq have enough blood to be full and be able to stretch the inside of your penis. But be soft enougth to be able to squeeze the penis enougth to move the blood around.
