Guys can you help me with it? I been wearin this device for about 1 month but no gains. 6 to 7 hours a day. When do i add bars? If i add it slips, and i have to go to bathroom and put it back on. Endless mission... going in and out every 10 min. Please give me some info.

I would suggest that you have a look through some of the older threads on here for information about help in keeping the device nicely placed so it doesn't slip off. Particularly here:

Have a look for the post by Zamooint, a few members have said that his use of the silicone backed plasters was very helpful!

By now you should have added 2cm to the length by now, as after 6 days, you should add a .5cm piece, and every 7 days after this. You should also be up to wearing the device for 9 hours a day according to the instruction booklet!

You should really be adding a .5cm piece every week for the first 3 months, and then you will need to slow this down to one .5cm piece every 2 weeks.

Hope this helps, good luck, and keep us posted of your progress!:)

First, thanks for help and response. I wonder if i could keep it on during sleep... I cant wear it at work because i do a lot of moving. Also, the booklet tells to take brake every 2 hours, how long they should be? Do I have to take them? What is julqing or something... i do not do any of these excercise. What are those terms EG ,BPEL, NBPEL? From what I understand they are sizes... Luke
