Hey guys. Heres a quick one for the more experianced. I believe I've seen this issue on the board in the past but I just want to make sure. When streching downward using the double hand shlong, I sometimes hear a slight crackling sound at the base. There is no pain associated, nor is there any bruising, or other markings afterwards, but its just a freaky thing to experiance. Again, I think I've heard of this before and the outcome was that it's harmless and normal. Also, the "double hand" exercise (advanced length) seems as if it's also good for adding girth, but it's classified exclusively as a lenght exercise. What's everyone elses experiances with it?
Thanks!

Hi mate,
Yes, definitely a lig pop and a fairly normal thing to experience for some. Any stretching exercise will also have the added advantage of contributing a little to girth as well. This is a direct result of the tunica being stretched and because the tunica expands both length and girthwise during an erection, so length and girth gains will be experienced by working it. Stretching is primarly a length exercise because the ligaments will stretch easier than the tunica in the early phases of PE resulting in length gains being more evident than girth.
Cheers
