I'm in the program a couple of months; but my workout time is limited. a couple of questions. Does anyone workout twice a day for short periods? results?
I was curious whether anyone has tried a mild linament(heat) for a warm up and had any
results to mention>feedback appreciated.
thanks;

HI mate,
Splitting your workout should not be a problem and short intense workouts can be more beneficial than longer sessions with less intensity. As far as using a linament for heating I have never entertained the idea of that one. It may be worth trialling and providing some feedback on the forum as to your results. I would be interested to hear of your experience ;)

Dazz;
Thanks for the input; I think I'll try the Heat routine carefully; I am making i feel good gains. However, If i can shorten warmups , i will be able to lengthen pe.
I'll get back with results
thanks again

Hi Dazz;
Just a little feed back on the linament use.
I tried a few times and found a few to many disadvantages.
Heat helped with blood flow initially but then relaxation was so intense i found injury to be to likely; particularly with the long schlong workouts.
also i felt like i needed a cool down period anyway after the workout.
I'd rather be safe than sorry so to speak; it was worth a try but warm clothes aren't that bad.
sincerely

Thanks for the feedback mate :)
I had my reservations about just how effective it might be, I dont think you can go past physical heat applied to the area. A really good method is the hot rice sock, I use this forall my warmup. One day I would like to try the Heating lights (infra red) as well :)
Cheers
