Hello guys,
I'm uncurcumsized (i dont know how to spell), I'm trying to use the extender with my foreskin pulled back, but i can't hardly fit in with my whole foreskin pulled back. The point is, sometimes I put the device on without pulling my skin back and I discovered that I can stretch my penis much further in that way, but when I do this there comes some skin from my ballsack through the basis ring.
What would you guys advice? Do you guys pull back the skin completely or leave a little foreskin, so it's easier to stretch? ( like me, I can stretch further that way)
I hope you guys understand what i mean, I've done my best.
Thanks for the help

The manual is quite emphatic about pulling the foreskin out of the loop at the top of the device.
It also sounds quite painful when you talk about the skin of the scrotum being pulled through the base! I don't think that this would be a good thing, even if it is not uncomfortable, as this skin can stretch quite easily, and I have seen threads here saying that this skin will loosen as you age naturally. :(
If you find it more easy, or comfortable to not retract the foreskin while wearing the device, I would advise that you retract as much as you can to stop the scrotum skin pulling through the base unit, and also to ensure that the device is stretching the glans, and not your skin.:)
Hope this helps, as with anything regarding PE, and the SizeGenetics, you will be the best judge of what is not working, but we are here for help and advice if you need it.:sm16

Hi mate,
Just to add support to Jades comments, I dont think it is a good thing to be stretching the skin etc as I think this may cause a 'turkey neck" in the future. I am "cut" so I cant offer any positive support to your claims that you can stretch further with your foreskin not retracted, but mate, feel free to experiment and do what works best for you and dont forget to share your experiences , good and bad, on the forum ;)
Cheers
Dazz

Hi Nick,
Say I read your post and I had a idea on maybe preventing your skin getting through the base ring. Im circumsized so I dont have a way to test this but it may help. I read in a previous thread you had that when you take the device off you pull on your sack and the skin pulls back down - presumeably to the base. This Idea may help...
--Tie a peice of string, before putting on the device, around the sack keeping the extra skin with the sack (dont tie the string to tight as not to cut off circulation).
--Then put on the device.
--Once on un-tie the string and see if the skin still goes through.
--If it still does, then when putting the device on, dont take the string off. Loosen it up a little but still tight enough as to not allow the extra skin to go through it, and not too tight as not to cut circulation off.
I have seen cock rings that employee a sack ring that tighten around the base of the sack and I would assume it would help in keeping the skin back if the skin was pulled and tighten when in use. So I thought hmm maybe that would help in keeping your extra skin from going through while putting it on - or while wearing it using a string.
Again I have no way of testing it out. So use your best judgement, Let us know if you try it and how it works.
Oh and on wearing the device without retracting the skin from the head. I would suggest pulling it back so it dont stretch your skin as you have "extra skin" already. As to it feeling like you get a better pull, you may be feeling the sensations from your nerves in the skin that you have a better pull on your penis when its just the skin thats getting pulled making it feel like its the whole penis.
But if you dont think this might be the case and it feels better the way your doing it, then maybe it will work out for you, Just remember your pulling the skin doing it and you could end up with more extra skin than you already have.
Good Luck :sm27

Thanks for the helpfull replies guys! I'm indeed a little affraid that I'm stretching my skin too much when I do not pull my foreskin back. What I do now is that I'm pulling my foreskin back as much as possible. Mostly I can't pull my whole foreskin back, there stays a little forskin over my glans, but just a little. In that way I see no skin from my sac coming through the device. As I said I can't stretch as far as when I do not pull my skin back, but I think I'm stretching my skin too much, and I already have a turkey neck, I don't want it worser than this.

Nick, as far as I understand from your posts, your foreskin is a bit too tight. I think stretches for your foreskin should be part of your routine too, so you will be able to eventualy retract your foreskin entirely.
I am uncircumsized too, but my only problem is the sensitivity of the glans when the foreskin is retracted ... I have only used the stretching device for two weeks now, so I hope it will get better :)

Hi Anthonie, I see you're from the netherlands too hehe, I'll explain in Dutch:

Hi Nick, I'll keep this a bi-lingual post, so other readers can add their own tips or insights.
Perhaps there is too much tension on the skin when you 'fasten' the device? I pull back the foreskin, take the glans between thumb and index finger, use the same hand to push on the device (so it becomes shorter) and use the other hand to tighten the bands (and to push back the skin a bit when it creeps up bit while fastening).
I have been using the device for only two weeks, so you can hardly call me an experienced user. I hope I get used to it soon, because it doesn't feel pleasant at the moment ... but I can see progress already, in flacid state.

Hey guys,
Glad to see you can help each other out, but MN Rules and Regulations stipulate all posts be made in English
Sorry to be the Dutch Party Pooper!
Ich haufe jau ;) (Sorry if that's spelt incorrectly)

Ich haufe jau ;)Emma, you've just made my day, ik hou ook van jou ;)
I understand the rule is practical, not xenofobic, so I won't feel unwelcome :)
To answer Nicks last question, whether I also noticed that I can stretch far less when pulling the foreskin back ... I just tried and did not notice that at all. What I did notice was that the device slipped off much easier.
As for a solution: consider the neoprene bandage Dazzlingdaz shows in this thread (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9149).

Now you're really testing me! Nice for it to be reciprocated ;)
Yes, it's easier for us to Moderate if everything is in English :sm21
Thanks for your understanding :)

We can learn you some dutch over here haha....
The point is that I have a bit of a turkey neck, so when i put the device on and i'm not pull back my foreskin, the skin of the turkey neck comes also through the basic ring of the device. This is only when I stretch very far. When I pull back the skin, when putting it on, I can't stretch that far, but there's no 'turkeyskin' that that comes trough the ring.
