Injuries I would assume. Also if your gains are not comming then perhaps you might want to ease up and let it heal.

This might be a dumb question but what are some common injuries?
Is it possible to burst a blood vessel? If so what are the negative consequences of this happening? I'm asking this because the veins in my penis during the ferrari workout get so pumped, it almost seems possible.
One last question - does being sore from a previous workout even after a day's rest mean that I should take more time off?

Let me make a correction. The soreness I was feeling was coming from not shaving for a few days. The constant pulling of the hair was irritating the skin.
