Ok guys your probly gittin tired of hearin this 1 but someone's got to have the answer to this 1. I know the example says(cold pack 2-3 mins./hot pack 5 mins.) but, do u do this only once per session, or do u repeat this more than once per session?
I find it hard to believe that nobody has reached their goal and tried this method. I thought we were all here to help eachother out here, reguardless of wether or not anyone answers this i'm doin some exerimenting of my own. So far I've been doin this only once at the end of each workout, I haven't been losin any gains so I can't complain, but it would be nice to know the answer to this and I know that I'm not the only one who would like to know.

I don't think anyone knows. I have been wondering the same thing myself. I would imagine this is something done after a workout, like a cool down. Probably only one rep required. but I don't know for certain.

yes, Iknow u r suppossed to do this after your workout, but I just can't beleive that no body on this forum has reached their goal and tried this method. everyone must be goin for a 3rd leg or some thing.lol I dont mean to sound like an asshole and for that I'm sorry, but it is gittin aggravatin that nobody has the answer to this question, and I'm not goin to pay for a consult when i just need this question answered.

Wait cold pack? I've never heard of using a cold pack, what section of the site is this in?

what is the go with the cold pack whats it for???..bruising??? pain???does it increase gains.....

Hey Splack, the cold pack is for an exercise called toning up, this is supposed to tone your penis up to help keep your gains.
I believe this routine is in the advanced exercises section, i've been experimenting with this and so far so good, hope it stays that way, although I'm not sure if you still have to ween youself off the program after doing this or not so it might not hurt to do both when you've reached you goal. i'm almost there so I'll let you guys know how things turn out. peace

I would most certainly do both. The weening off seems to be the most important.
I have to say though That I took a break for a few weeks and not have stopped completely, and I have lost next to nothing in anything. I may just be a lucky one though.

I think you may be right X, I've been sick the past few days and I have stopped my routine until I feel better, and I haven't noticed any loss as of yet. I think it would be important to both as well, I think i'm gonna go for at least another half inch before I stop, so I figure about another month before I'm done. Also, congadulations on the quitting smoking, I'm trying to quit myself, I think it would be benificial not only for pe'ing just for my general health. peace.
