upgrade problem

I seem to be the 'Website Jinx'!!
My previous log-in problems now appear to be solved BUT! - I am trying to upgrade my membership but the site will not allow me to use my current user name/password - Or any other user name!!
Assistance required once again.

Hello Mikwil

When you upgrade your membership you cannot use the same username. You should still be able to use the same password.

A suggestion for you is to add a series of numbers to the end of your current Username when you are trying to register for the upgrade.

For example if your current username is joseph, for your upgrade use jospeh1912.
