Hello. When I am in bed with my partner, having an erection is no problem. All through foreplay and all, but when I bring it out to do the work, it gets soft, as if I have already ejaculated!!! If we skip the foreplay, I can go quickly... if we do the foreplay, it's very hard, sometimes impossible, for me to get hard again.

What can be done to fix this and make me be able to stay hard for as long as I want???
