Hi guys! I'm a new PH member. I have just completed my 2nd week and I must say that I am quite motivated. i'm pretty sure that if I stick with the program I will see some gains in th elong term.

Other than that, as a newbie I do have some questions. In my 1st week I used the first beginner routine and the second (20-25 mins) for my 2nd week. Perhaps it's too soon to say what's working for me, but I'd appreciate any suggestions from veterans.

Secondly, I read somewhere that it's good to see some red spots and/or bruising after a workout. That means one has to apply A LOT of force (I'm quite strong myself). Is that right then or am I guarranted an injury if I "abuse" it?

Finally, what's your opinion about www.ferrarispad.com? Is it trustworthy?

The red spots may or may not happen for you. Either way you are ok. Bruising happens until your penis gets used to the excercises. With the jelq and stretches, the more force the faster the results, but always excercise caution, excercising to the poit of soreness is ok but if it really hurts you are overdoing it.

Don't overdo it, and allow time for healing.

the excercises www.ferrarispad.com look like they they could be effecive, I personally like the stretches on that site. They are quite extreme though so as I said before use caution. I would recommend those for maybe after your first month.
