Big Al Said That Around 5 Mins. Of Intense Jelqing Can Lead To Gains..I Was Wondering About How Many Secs. Should The Jelqs Be And How Many Reps. To Go For?

HI mate,
I have read posts where very experienced guys are doing 5 seconds per jelq and very intense, This would equate to 60 jelqs in 5 minutes. If you are still new at PE, I would not recommend doing this in the first couple of weeks at least. You would also need to ensure that you are thoroughly warmed up.

Penishealth.com recommends a 3 day on, 2 day off - 2 day on, 1 day off cycle for optimum results. Days off for rest and recovery are extremely important ;)

If you must race away from the newbie routine, and increase your chance of injury, then I would suggest starting at 5 and increasing by 5 on a daily basis, in 2 weeks, you will be doing your 60 ;)

Hi Dazz, I ve been doing pe for about 5 months now.And i do 3 days on 1 off 2 day on 1 off.Dou you recommends a 3 day on, 2 day off - 2 day on, 1 day off

Hi mate,
When you get down to it, there really isnt a lot of difference..
I personally used the Penishealth.com recommendations and followed their schedule to the letter for my early gains, so my recommendation to you is to do the same ;)
