Ive been doing the pe exercises now for almost 2 weeks, and ive noticed a large difference in flacid size. I started (flacid) at 4" length and 4" girth, I'm now 4.75" length and 4.5" girth. Erect length started at 6" and girth of 4.5". Im now at 6.25" length and 4.75" girth. if these gains continue theres no telling where ill end up. Hopefully just a little bit of encouragement, I really doubted the program at first, but as you can see i will stick with it now. I would strongly recomend the jelq and hold, along with the long schlong heli. Those are the two exercises i concentrate most on.
