View Full Version : Success is wonderful (try this technique)

I've been doing PE for about a month now, but only a good workout for about 3 weeks. My results in this time period have been 3/4 in length and 1/4 girth gains. This is so exciting!

Here's the program I'm on now...

3 min Wake-up
15 min jelq
about 15 min Ferrari Trio - or as long as I need
3 min cool-down

The most important thing I've learned is that gains are not from quantity but from quality, intensity is a must. When I jelq, I really push as hard as possible and I've even began to try a new technique. I do the standard jelq except I bend my back over and jelq towards the ground at about a 45 degree angle. For some reason, bending over like this allows me to increase the pressure greatly. I recommend you guys to at least try this and feel the push inside your penis.

Also when I do the Ferrari Trio I really emphasize the last exercise and I make drop the beef with Ferrari's guys and adopt some of these methods. After all we're all in it for the same reason.

Right now I'm not doing any stretching or any PC exercise but I'm still having excellent results. It doesn't matter what works for everybody, but what works for you.

I have been doing PE for 2 weeks and I would like to know what's the best exercise to improve my girth. I have grown 1/4 inches for length but nothing for girth.

This is my workout plan:

The Wake Up Cloth 3 min
The Long Shlong 5 min
The Jelq 8 min
The Power Stretch 4 min
Horizontal Movement 3 min
The Wake Up Cloth 1 min

Looks like a lot of stretching. I would do more jelqs and horizontal movements. A lot of people have had awesome success with primarily the jelqs. They increase length and girth. Horizontal movement on the other hand is specifically for girth.

After two weeks I think you might be able to handle 15 or 20 minutes of each. Although intensity is better than repitions, so work em harder and you should be doing better.

Congrats WangChun, you've made some impressive gains!
I've also given Ferrari's people the benefit of the doubt and incorporated the Ferrari Trio into my workout. Actually I only do two of the Trio exersises,but still...I think I just may have gained!! This is SOO COOL :D !! I haven't measured,but the little guy seems quite a bit fatter now..I problably haven't made any length gains yet though but I'm sure they'll come eventually.
I just have one problem with the exersises: my hands get tired within the first few minutes of jelqing (which I do before the Trio exersises). Anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this? Other than taking a short break which doesn't seem to work for me.

Thanks for the info. I have decided to incorporate the Ferrari Trio into my PE workout after reading so many good reviews about it.

I hope to see some gains in girth in 2 weeks.
