Things I've learned about PE

1. On injuries: I've made it a point to search for people who've gotten injuries (serious injuries not swelling or bruising) in order to see how I can best safeguard myself. I've read some gruisome things guys, things I don't wish upon anyone and I've found that all the injuries have one thing in common. All the people who I found who have gotten seriously injured have done so from stretching. I'm not saying don't stretch but be very very carefull. When it comes to jelquing or girth exercises(what I like to call pressure excercises) I have found the penis to be extremley resilient I mean my god this thing was designed to take a lot of freaken pressure you can be downright brutal with your penis when doing this type of exercise (but I'd rather you not be). On the other hand stretching seems to be a whole other ball game please be carefull when doing it, people have told me about blood coming from the their tips and other locations and I can't even imagine what it was like going through that.

2.On intensity: It seems that intensity is definitley preferable to time meaning it's better to work your penis hard rather than long. When I say this though I am only applying it to jelquing and girth exercises for reasons stated above. Personally when I jelq I jelq really really hard to the point of practically feeling the pressure in the chambers of your penis. Most people that I know of who've had 'miraculous gains' (half inch in 2 weeks etc.) have done so through (mostly) very intense jelqing and practically nothing more. Personally my routine consists of 15 min jelq and 10 min girth exercises usually 4x4's and when I do them hard. If I don't see at least red spots at the end of the workout then I feel like I have not done a good workout. *If you can keep an erection through a whole routine you are not working your penis hard enough, I personally have resorted to porn.

3.Stopping for a period of time: I took a week break and when I came back I thought I could start working out as intensley as before WRONG. My skin swelled up so much from that first day that the swelling actually left a little bit of a puffy area on the right side of my penis that seems to be there to stay luckily it's pretty un-noticable and I haven't had any problems. None-the- less if you take a break and come back start off easy.

4.Supplements: Pro solution pills works, when coupled with PE they will DEFINETLEY help you realize gains MUCH quicker than with just normal PE.

5.Uncircumsized guys if you can it is much easier to perform jelqing with the skin partially over the head (i.e. just leave it wherever it is and jelq) I used to pull it back but that got very annoying.

6.DO PC FLEXES they are extremley important to the program if you don't it will slow your gains tremendously. From my knowledge of how muscles work (I'm really into lifting) I'd like to argue that it's better to work your PC muscles 3-4 times a week on a higher intensity rather than everyday but I have no way of actually proving that. Plus who wouldn't want to last longer have harder erections be able to get it up more times..etc hell if you can train your PC enough you can become multi-orgasmic (this by the way is a misnomer when it comes to men but thats a whole different story).

Well thats about it I hope this helps somebody out and good luck.

Edit: Me finding nobody whose been hurt from girth exercises (well now theres one;) ) Doesn't mean you should take the death grip to your penis always remember be safe know your limits.

why is it exactly that PC exercise seems to speed gains? i stopped doing it after only a short amount of time but i've continued to have gains. the only thing is, these have been length gains. my question is does PC exercise facilitate girth gains and if so why?

and i definitely agree with you on intensity

More developed PC muscles allow you to pump more blood into your penis kind of like a natural ProSolution pill and we know those help out a lot.
Also awhile ago I read this book and it mentioned that having a developed PC muscle can help sort of push your penis outwards (i.e. more length). To tell you the truth a lot of that book was bullshit however this particular part of it kind of made sense this of course is my opinion.

:) Great stuff Splack - Thanks for the info.

You mentioned that you could not imagine what it would be like to have blood coming out of the tip of the urethra. Well, I for one have had such an experience while doing a dry jelq. Let me just say that it is NOT painful...however it did scare the ma-gee-bers out of me. I realized then that I had applied too much pressure on me...too soon. The problem corrected itself when I took a day off from PEing and I resumed with more caution on the following day.

Penis Enlargement works...just get to know your limits and always proceed with caution.

Keep up the good work.

Yeah took alwhile but when I get into something I read up as much as I can.
I have to say though I'm not a pussy in anyway hell I'd like to think I'm a tough little bastard but if I ever saw blood come out of there you'd see me turn so pale and run straight to the hospital screaming like a little girl. Glad that went well for you, in the end the penis seems like a really reselient organ which kind of makes sense since it's the organ we use to satisfy our biological purpose in life. Damn thing knows how to take a hit or two.
