Hi there!

I have a question about the "PC Squeeze & Hold". The manual says you should be on advanced level on the program to perform that exercise. I have been doing this for a month now but have been doing kegels for over a year now. Can I do the PC Squeeze & Hold, because I already have a strong PC muscle but am not used to hard squeeze type of exercises. After all I have noticed when performing it my penis gets really engorged with blood. And when doing it should I maintain a grip at the base of the penis even when I am relaxing the PC muscle between the repetitions?

Hi there,

Yes the penis should become really engorged with blood -that means you're doing it correctly ;)

I believe that you should release your grip when you release the PC muscle, and grip again for the next rep - remaining erect throughout.

Remember that this is an advanced exercise as you stated, and don't overdo it!

Hope this helps :o

So you mean I can't do that exercise at all unless I am at advanced level? Thanks for the reply.

Hi mate,
There was no suggestion that you should not attempt this exercise, merely a caution that you take it easy and do not overdo it. It is an advanced PC exercise, but unlike advanced stretching and jeqing, the only possible complication could be temporary ED due to overfatigue of the muscle. The body has a natural safety mechanism for this exercise any way, once you have fatigued it, you will not be able to hold the PC muscle for the required time ;)

Cheers
Dazz

Ok thanks. I think I can't overdo it then because I have done PC for over a year and am currently doing 1000 1 sec sets of kegels and sometimes the "PC killer" from this forum. I believe ther's no worry then.
