Gentlemen,

Greetings to all........We all seen on the forum some posts that state: "Jelqs don't help that much, the sqeezes are more effective.."
If the situation is so, why jelq anyway, can we just do squeezes(like the one where you grab the penis with one hand from the bottom, and with the other hand right under the head, and squeeze)???:sm22

Friends, i am not trying to be lazy, but why do an exercice that it might seem less effective than the other?

Also, penishealth says that the ULI is very popular, why not do the ULI instead of the jelq?:sm22  I thank you in advance for your input.
Sincerely, Flavius, Los Angeles, California

 Friends,
penishealth recommends Long shlong for 10 minutes. Now if this does not give results what if I increase gradually to say 30 to 45 min long shlong, and make the reps longer, say 1 min or even more.??:sm22

Do you think this will put too much wear and tear no the penis, or will the results be worthy of the hard work?

Sincerely, Flavius, Los Angeles, California:cool:

Hi Flavius,

I have merged both of your threads/posts. Please feel free to post all your questions in the one thread to provide continuity and prevent the forums becoming cluttered ;)

The exercises that are recommended by penis health are aimed at newbies and are exercises that when done correctly, have minimal chance of injury and allow your penis to condition somewhat before more intense and advanced exercises are contemplated.

You have been doing the routines for quite some time now and squeezes and more advanced routines are well worth considering. The Advanced exercises forum is worth a read and you can experiment with any of the exercsises therein, just a word of caution, start lightly and increase your intensity as you progress as these exercises do have an increase chance of injury ;)

Cheers
Dazz
