Well i thought that i would give the routine that i use, that way some noobies like myself can see what it takes to realise gains.
Well I knida used the routine that Big Al posted. Except i modified it to increase the size of the extender every week. So i started @ 3 hrs a day. Then after a week (I took a 2 day break befor increasing) I added .05 cm. The next week i started wearing it for 5 hrs. I wear the device 6 days a week (I take every Thursday off) and increase it .05 everyweek. I do not do manuel exercises yet, but i will incorperate them eventually. I like to take things one step at a time. Today I added the warm up method (rice sock).
Well thats it, i dont use pills, i have them but they make me feel light headed, and kinda high. So i just do extender. Thats my routine, but my suggestion to the people that want to do the extender is do NOT take it too fast. It can injure you, and it doesnt help. Be a turtle, slow and steady wins the race.
