Hey guys. I did some exercises for the first time yesterday. Primarily jelqing and pc flexes. Today my penis feels somewhat sore. Is this normal? Would it be ok to continue working it again today or should I give it a day of recuperation time?

I think soreness is totally normal, especially at the beginning of PE. It's the same thing when you start working your muscles out. The first times you will feel soreness in your arms, but after a couple of times it will go away.

Great pain would be something to worry about, I think soreness is 100% normal.

Thank for the quick reply. Yeah, I guess it's totally normal compared to weight training. I will continue my PE regimen with such vigor and tenacity that it will startle my cohorts. Also, I've heard varying opinions on the amount of PC flexes to do per day. Some say start with 25 a day, others say 500. What have been your best experiences with this?

Yeah that's true there's a lot of different advices about this. Personnaly, I think 500 is a lot for nothing. I do 10 series of 10. I hold each 10th 10 seconds and the 100th, 60 seconds.

I have a quite strong PC muscle, I guess... Can't lift weight with my ass but I am multi-orgasmic. Don't know tough if this is just because I have a strong PC muscle...

I would give you the advice to trust yourself. Do the exercices the way you feel the work the best for you.
