No matter how much exercise i do, i cant seem to increase my girth. Im a pretty skinny guy and maybe it has something to do with being skinny.
My workoutplan is as follows:
3 min warm up
5 min horizontal movement
16 min jelquing
3 min warm up
Anyone know what to do?
