I decided after using the device for 3 months straight I am taking a week off. The reason for this is because it hurts on my pelvic bone and my ligaments are quite sore. My routine:
I started with the 12 hours a day.. well worked up to that for about two months, but from time constraints I lowered it to 9 hours.
After the 9 hours I would do manual exercises.
300 jelqs
50 supra slammers
then manual stretching
I feel I might be overworking myself cause my penis really hurts and I have not seen very big gains. about 1/4 of an inch... i know that sounds like a good amount but in the manual it says I should be up almost an inch.
I am just asking for advice.
Should I be taking this week off?
How often should we be taking a whole week off these exercises?
