why exactly is smoking bad for PE?

im a heavy smoker.....just wonder why its bad for PE....ty for feeback

Well from what I've read nicotine contained in cigarettes has a vasoconstricting effect on the blood vessels and capillaries. This causes reduced bloodflow in your penis which is a terrible thing for PE. There might be hope though when I was reading through the forums I found that Xolotl smoked and he seems to have gotten gains just fine. He might have quit though I don't know.

I was smoking a pack a day when I made my gains. I have quit since but still have the nicotine. I have about 3 days left on the patch and I'm off completely.

If you can cut back or quit completely it would help. But then again what works for one person doesn't do as well for another. I managed to gain 1" on a pack a day. Not sure what effect a heavier smoker would have.
