Hey people , alright , I just signed up like 3 days ago and I've been browsing around the forum learning alot . But I wanna know how I can maximize my gains without using pills . My current workout plan is :

1 min warm up
4 sets of long shlong
3 mins of jelq
2 mins of horizontal
1 min warm down

I plan on moving up on the routines once I get used to them every 2 weeks . And to keep seeing pogress .

Also I've noticed PE is alot like body building , like the way breakdown cells to make them bigger and stronger . To rebuild bigger , muscles need protein . Is there somekind of nutrient that would help in PE ?

And I've also been exercising my PC , I've been adding 50 reps per day , I did 250 today and could of went on for a long ways .

Anyway , my current size erect is 6.5 inch lenght , 5 inch girth , flaccid I have no clue since every time I check it seems to be a new size :) I'm aiming for 7.5 - 8 inch lenght , 6 - 6.5 girth .

I feel so pumped right now and am so motivated , I decided to undertake weight lifting at the same time . I mean hey , why not have the whole package !!

Well that was a pretty long post , and this is the end of it :)
Hoping for the best !

Well Prosolution pills would be the nutrient but you can do without them.
I highly suggest increasing your warm up to at least 4 min.

Hi wohoo19m,welcome aboard my man!
First off, let's have a look at your workout plan. It seems like you've got the basic stuff in there..good. An easy routine like yours would be just perfect to start off with, but once you start feeling like your johnson could handle some more punishment you've gotta start jacking up the intensity of your workouts. In my personal opinion, it's not how much you do,but rather HOW you do it.
Concerning nutrients, it's good to eat a well balanced diet high in fiber, good fats and protein. Which you'll problably be doing anyway since you've started bodybuilding as well. Good desicion by the way :) !!
And if you don't feel like spending a fortune on those expensive PE pills, you might wanna consider something like tribulus terrestris. It increases your testosterone production naturally (it isn't a hormone or steroid of any kind) and can be bought over the counter at any sports/vitamin store. This not only helps with bodybuilding but with PEing as well, since you'll be rock hard throughout the day  ! Better circulation to your penis = quicker gains.

Hope this helps!

HOLY SHIT I've been looking for something like that for months now I didn't think it existed. So your telling me this stuff will increase testosterone production naturally? So if I take it for awhile and stop my t levels will just go back to normal (instead of none like it does if you take roids)? Holy crap if you have any more info on this stuff please send it to me.

Yep,that's what I'm tellin' ya!
It's good stuff..not as potent as anabolic steroids of course, but quite effective nevertheless. And I have proof it really works:
a while ago I was browsing through a bodybuilding forum and found a post where some guy complained that he had gotten gyno (or bitch tits in laymans terms) from it. He'd been taking about five times the recommended dose however,so an incident like this is problably quite rare. But it proves that the stuff really DOES increase test production,as estrogen levels go up as well if the body produces huge amounts of testosterone. And estrogen is the culprit behind many nasty things, such as breast development in men (gyno),excessive water retention and such.
But this is something you need not worry about. Hell,I've been taking about triple the recommended amount daily and haven't noticed any side effects-just an increased sex drive, which is a sure indicator that my veins are pulsing with testosterone!
You see, unlike steroids and other similar substances tribulus terrestris increases the production of LH (lutenizing hormone),which in turn gives your body a signal to raise its testosterone production to its maximum NATURAL potential-not exeeding it,which would happen if you were doing roids. So it doesn't directly target the natural testosterone production of the human body, therefore it cannot fuck up your normal test levels. Once you stop taking it your body will slowly normalize it's test production instead of plummeting it down for a long period of time.

And,like I mentioned,it's quite cheap stuff- I believe you can find good quality tribulus for 10-20 dollars per bottle, each bottle containing 60 or 80 caplets. It says on the label that you should only take 2 per day..1 in the morning and one in the evening, but I say that is horseshit. You can very well take double or triple that amount without risking your health (in fact I don't think I can recall a single incident where someone would have seriously messed themselves up by taking tribulus. It's a herbal supplement, all safe and natural).

Now,if my long and tedious explanation has convinced you to go out and buy the stuff I have one more word of advice:
Check the label on the bottle before buying it,and make sure that the stuff contains at least 40% STEROIDAL SAPONIS. Different brands have varying amounts, but at least 40% per caplet is needed for it to really work.

There you have it! Oh and one more thing. If you start doing tribulus make sure you take one day off each week. This will make sure your body won't get too accustomed to it. :)

Well I've read a bunch of clinical studies, I've read some personal reviews and testimonials. I found out much the same that you told. Course then there was this:

Here's an interesting article about Tribulus Terrestris
http://www.physicalenhancement.com/...products_id=459

And that fucked everything up. God I hate this industry now I have no clue what to do. I guess since some people are seeing an effect I will go to the store try to find a bottle with 40-45% saponins and hope it has some sort of effect. Thank god this stuffs cheap I wouldn't want to get jipped. While doing this research I also found out that creatine; a supplement that I took a while back; suffers from the same problem i.e. a lot of companies are selling shit creatine. So remember people before you buy anything your going to have to waste hours of your time researching it because these companies can and will screw you.
Eh maybe I'll just go for the Fuzu, course now I get to research my ass off again.

Heres another one:

Hey shafty you say you've gotten results whats the name of the product that you use (label on the bottle)?

SUCCESS I found a product that claims it's standardized to 40% furastanol saponins. The reason I believe it is because they specifically claim they are the furastanol saponins and I'm assuming if this is not true it would be false advertising. While the other companies say saponins (allowing them to put in whatever type they want) this one does not. It's called: OPTIMUM NUTRITION Super Potency Tribulus.

Holy shit! The man has done his homework!!!
Now you problably know more about the stuff than I do!
You said you were considering Optimum Nutritions Super Potency Tribulus? I've checked it out and it looks like good stuff. Very inexpensive too. The stuff I'm taking right now is Ultimate Nutrition Pure Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris, which contains over 45% steroidal saponis and an active dose of 750mg tribulus per cap (90 caps per bottle). I've ordered it from bodybuilding.com,and the price was about 20 bucks including shipping & handling.
But now I'm starting to be a bit skeptical about it..
it doesn't say anywhere on the bottle that the active ingredient would be specifically furastanol saponis,so as far as I know the Optimum Nutrition tribulus might be better.
If I were you I'd definately give it a shot. Buy one bottle, start off with an aggressive dose of,say 5 grams instead of the recommended 750-1000mg's and if you don't notice ANY positive effects in a few days then you'll know the stuff doesn't work for you. That's the way it is with every supplement out there-
what works for some may very well NOT work for others.
And as far as the studies are concerned,if you keep searching you'll find dozens of studies that show it's effectiveness and still dozens more that claim the stuff is bullshit. Dunno...seems to work for me,though! :)
