Hi guys,

I need some advice on an exercise routine. I joined last night and I am not sure what is the best routine for a beginner like me. I am just reading all about Long Shlong and the Jelq. I could perform Long Shlong without any problem but I hit problems with the Jelq. I am uncut and I have lots of foreskin, so it is difficult for me to do the Jelq, sometimes, it is difficult with Long Shlong even. Finally I need someone to advice me on a good exercise routine for a beginner like me.

Don't do anything with the foreskin, keep it over the head and just jelq thats what works for me.
