Hi guys,

I've gone to the Log Book and it is actually pretty good!! (y) But there's like 6-7 guys only that share their results.

I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread where everyone can post their gains so everyone would have access to them. And this thread could be like the two on the top of the list (I mean it would never end on the next page).

Just a suggestion. But I think that it would be a great motivation for newbies to see the gains made by others. We could post any important info: weight, height, FL, FG, EL, EG, workout, gains, etc.

Thought it would be cool.

Cheers

best to search forum, this question gets posted every day and the regulars are tired of posting gains.

Glad you liked the LOGBOOK we still need suggestions to improve it. There is hardly anyone using it at the moment.

Thanks Pearce,

Yeah you're probably right. I was just thinking that it would be easier for newbies. Wasn't really for me. But searching the forum is just fine.

Sorry I think I put you on my buddy list, I hit the wrong button.

I think the log book is great. Well if more guys were using it. I've made my own Excel document so I'm not sure if I will use it or not.

Bye

I couldn't get into the logbook myself. It didn't like my password for some reason.

Damn "Buddy" button!!

I hit it once again. Arrgh.

Hey Xol, I had the same problem with my password beeing refused. I saw you asked about it a while ago and nobody answered you. Well you have to register to the log book before you can use your password. To do it just click on the "here" under the new user thing. It's tricky to find cause I passed over it a lot of times. Then they will send you a confirmation mail and you can use your current User name and password.

It's worth it cause the log looks good. There's hardly 5-6 guys' records on it, but hey it has to start somewhere.

Have a nice one, friend
