Ok I've been doing PE for a bit over 2 weeks now everythings going fine but what appears to be scar like tissue is forming in a ring just under the head of my penis. It seems to happen from the swelling, I looked it up on the forum and people have gotten this before but I'm afraid I cannot find enough info on this subject. At first I thought I was gaining extra foreskin but it isn't. Anyone experience this, will it go away?
