Hey! I have been PE w/ PSP since middle March. I have gained 1/2 inch plus in all areas in the first month. Last month there were no changes and I was doing the same routine. So a few weeks ago I added the ferrari trio's but I feel the first and third exersize are the same and the second one is like the "Jelq and Hold".
So now I mix it up and PE for an hour changing ever 10 mins. Also I take 3 PSP at night and I see the results thoughout the next day! Before I never saw anything like this.
So any advice? I have 2 1/2 month supply of PSP left and hoping to gain at least another inch.
I strech, flex PE muscel, Jelq, Jelq and Hold, and do the ferrari exercise for girth.
Oh, What is the horizontal movement?

You might be doing too much, resulting in overkill.
Try performing one good stretch exercise and one good girth exercise such as the squeeze (or the Ferrari Trio).
Do this MWF at first and as the reps increase switch to alternate days.
Wk 1 Mon -L Tues -G Wed -L Thurs -G Fri -L
Wk 2 Mon -G Tues -L Wed -G Thurs -L Fri -G
Stretch -start 20 reps increase 2-3 reps each session to 100.
Squeeze - 1st 2 wks 50 reps increase to 100 by 3 reps per session. (should hit 100 at 2.5 months)
I would use the ferrari trio after the 2.5 months to target girth towards the head, if lacking or to cement gains.
You should achieve good gains following a more structured routine, especially when combining it with PS Pills.

Just thought I would clarify some things.
Nearly 3 months into PE you should be looking to drop the Jelq and use the squeeze for girth. Use a elastic band to maintain your semi -not too tight though!!
Perform both exercises together on MWF for the 1st month, girth first length second.
It should only take 30 minutes to perform. Beats the hour you are doing now!!
Remember rest is important for growth.

The reason I do an hour is that while nothing is exciting about it I find myself erect and do PE then. It is not an 1 hour intensive session.

Try the routine and see what gains you make. I think you will be suprised!!
You need a structured progressive (increasing reps/intensity) routine to be successful otherwise the penis won't grow.
You should definitely be looking to drop the jelq after 3 months -the penis needs a more intense exercise to keep growing.
Otherwise it will become accustomed to working at that level and not grow.
