Pro pills

I have been reading previous threads which you
guys have been writing about these pills and i need some insurance about them!!

Me and a friend ordered a 5 bottle supply and we are just awaiting the arrivals and i have a few questions for you guys!!

For a 2 and a half supply how much shud i expect to gain??

Also when is the best time to enter the pills into the system??
I have heard of people taking all 3 before they go to bed so was wondering will thus give best results??

most answeers already in the forum, combine exercises with pills and u will be fine.
