You do the sit down stretch mainly for flacid gains, I was told. When you do this stretch, are you supposed to be putting your penis head underneath one of your butt cheeks, or between/in your butt crack? When I first started doing this stretch, I couldn't put it as far as I can now. But now, I have it far underneath my butt cheek. However, when I sit with it under my cheek, it begins to hurt and get pretty sore after about 3-5 minutes. When I put it between the cheeks, there is no uncomfortablness. I do feel more of a stretch when under cheek,though.

wish i could be of some help here, but the only thing i can suggest is go with whatever gives you the most stretch. just be sure to adjust yourself so you dont get too sore.

One question about sit down stretching though, do you need to warm up for this just like the other exercises? I tend to do a variation of it at night when I'm lying in bed about to sleep. Definitely not warmed up for it. I do have to hold my dick in my hand whilst I'm pulling it underneath-usually holding for about 3-5 minutes.

If it's any help... when I do this exercise, I warm up beforehand and then usually line my penis up with my buttcrack as I stretch it back and prepare to sitdown. This allows for a good stretch without becoming sore from it.

as long as you arent doing anything too intense you should be fine with a light stretch.
