Simple question, I just started PE a couple of weeks ago. So far no adverse effects. I just want to make sure Im doing the stretches correctly. I stretch and hold for 15 sec doing 4-5 reps in each direction. How long do I rest between reps? 2-3 sec? Do I massage between reps or after Im done with a set in one direction? Also, How long until I know Im ready for the next level? From 7 min workout to 20 min workout? I dont mind slow gains. I just dont want to overdo it. Ive been doing everything by the book so far. I also found that using noxema mixed with a little water makes for an excellent lube for jelqs. Im doing about 100 jelqs per workout.

3 to 5 seconds is about right.

I don't know how much you really need to massage with the short workout, but I would say after a directional set would be fine.

Do the 10 min. workout for about 2 weeks, and then move to the 20 min. workout, and do that for about 6 to 8 weeks, and then move to the 20 t0 25 min. intermediate workout. As a general rule of thumb, figure, other than the first two weeks, about 3 to 4 weeks at whatever level you are working at.

Start adding 25 jelqs per week after the first two weeks. When you reach 200 reps stay there for 4 weeks, and then add at the 25 per week rate. When you get to 300 stay at that level for awhile and then start adding in some other girth exercises.
