ok, i guess this should be asked in some webmd kind of place, but wanted to ask here too. i hope someone can relate or give me advice.
i don't know what's wrong with me, but about 3 minutes after i piss, a little bit of pee comes out, usually when i bend over (such as picking up a pencil off the floor) or try to get out of a chair that seats you deep in the chair (similar kind of muscle use i guess). so i think this is like stress incontinence or something. would the pc exercises, which is like the kegel exercise, help me in this situation? is anyone else in this kind of situation?
also, after pissing and "shaking off," do you still leave a piss mark on your boxers or whatever? is it just me? i know these are stupid and embarrassing questions, but please help.

:) You have come to the right place my friend.

Please do not feel embarrassed or stupid for asking your question, because you may find that you are helping many others who are seeking the answer to this question as well...but were too embarrassed to ask.

Here is your answer:

To help improve bladder control for people suffering from stress urinary incontinence, exercise the pubococcygeous (PC) muscle. This muscle relaxes under your command, to control the opening and closing of your urethral sphincter: in other words, they are the muscles that give you urinary control. When they are weak, leakage occurs. With regular PC exercises, you can build up their strength and endurance and, in many cases, regain control. ;)

Does anyone else have some good advice for our friend?
