well I'm kinda bored right now so I decided to post how my first week with PE went . I thought it could help the many new guys or the people that need convincing you know . So after my first week I measured and found 0.5 inch gain in flaccid state and almost a quarter of an inch erect . As for girth , well I haven't measured but it looks and feels a little thicker and muscular . I can't wait to see what I get after one month . Right now my routine consists of :
4 min Warm up
4 sets of Long shlong
3 min of jelq
2 min of horizontal movement
1 min cool down
and as many pc I can do
I'll do the same for next week . After that I'm changing to a new routine .
I wonder if my girlfriend will feel the difference ... I hope to find out tonight . :D

I've been doing the program for about 3 days. I notice that when I pull to do the exercises, my penis stretches out longer than it used to, but seems to have lost girth. It gets skinnier. I'm a little concerned about this. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. I don't wish to complicate my problems.

Hi spinnaker16 - Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.
You may be doing nothing wrong. Sometimes it's normal for these things to happen when performing PE exercises.
In order to better assist you, tell me, what are the beginning measurements and what are they now?
Also, what is your workout routine?

Hey people !
Well I did have fun that night , could of had more but the condom busted !! just when I was about to go in too , a damn loud pop . Anyway , we ended up just playing , as I don't really trust this brand anymore , nor does my girlfriend :p
She gave the reason : " maybe you need a new size " pssh ! yeah right !! Anyway , I checked this morning and to my surprise ( since I wasn't expecting anything ) And I saw an increase of almost half an inch :eek: WTF ?!! I'm sure it's a mistake I'll check again another time but hey if it is true , I'll be one hell of a happy son of a bitch !!:D I only did my work out 2 times after I last posted , was supposed to do them 3 times but wasn't able to so basically thought oh well 2 days on 1 off won't be too bad . guess it was good :D
oh and for spinnaker16 maybe concentrate on the girth exercises for a week or two . Then return to your normal routine . And when you stretch don't go at it too hard . I only stretch till there is resistance . After all , he's my friend , I don't wanna hurt him !:D so relax on the stretching and intensify on the jelqs and the horizontal movement maybe .
I'm no expert though , just what I would do in your position . Anyway good luck !:)
