I just started the exercises. I was wondering if i was supposed to do all of them? Tonight I did the Long Shlong AND the Long shlong heli.. annd the jelq.

Yes, you are to do all of the exercises in your workout routine during each workout session.
You may do your workouts 2-days on, 1-day off -or 3-days on, 1-day off...which ever is most convenient for you.

Don't forget the PC excercises and the warm up and warm down. Both are very important!

hey t1q1,
you do not have to do every variation of every exercise. Just pick one variation of each exercise and do it. and don't forget to warm up and warm down, and remember, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!! If they say Advanced version, you do not do that version until you are at least 4 weeks into the program!!!!!!!!!!!

after a couple of days, it felt as though my penis in the flaccid state could stretch noticeably farther, but it also felt thinner and had less girth. is this something i need to be concerned about? I don't want to end up a bit longer and look weak.
