View Full Version : How often do you guys workout for?

I was wondering how many days do you guys work out PE. I do them 3-4x a week. I was wondering if this was okay..two days of PE, then one day rest then one or two more days of PE, then rest 2 days. Then continue again. Do you think that's okay? Also, I was wondering does 1-2 second PC flex do anything..compared to lets say 5 second PC flex. Cause the 5 second PC flex is kind of hard...so should I do a bunch of 1-2second until I get use to it...then attempt 5 second. Is there any benefits or advantages lets say doing 4 days compared to lets say 6 days. I just treat it as a muscle group...as if I was at the gym.

the common way is 3 days on 1 off 2 days on 1 off

morissmofo is right, we usually advise that 2 on, 1 off then 3 on, 1 off is the best way to organise your workout days.

It makes sure that you have enough time to rest and heal, and also helps, as your rest days will be on the same days every day. ;)
With reference to your quote: I just treat it as a muscle group...as if I was at the gym. Please just be aware that the penis is not a muscle, and cannot be enlarged in the same way!:)

I must give a +1 for rest time. In all forms of physical activity rest time is as important, if not more important than the activity itself, for the body is too achieve its peak.
