I dont recommend using the extender in a wet environment, even though the materials are rustproof, whilst sleeping, as injury may occur from loss of circulation, or any other highly physical activity, such as running or jogging, where there is a fair chance the the extender will fall off.

I find your questions funny, pepe. Dont worry, i asked almost same question. One time, i asked "can i use the extender in the bath tub". That is good for you to be curious and to ensure what the device is capable to do.
Through my experiences, using the device whilst excerising is too impossible. Maybe you can at the beginning, but once you increase the length of the device. You cant just run and jump with it, let alone walk. :sm33
Sauna, ahh, good question. Maybe it wont be a good idea. Sauna always cause people sweat, thereofore, the device will slip away.
SLeep with the device on. It depends. During the first month with the device that is 4 cms below my bpel, i managed to sleep with it. But, again, once you add more and more pieces to your device, the harder and dangerous to sleep with it.
Hope it will help. take care
