If you are a newby I would suggest that you start with the long schlong with a few reps and add intensity. Then you could move on to the other exercises like power stretch, long schlong heli, and pressured schlong. You can do a search on them at the top.

Wow Sed your measurements are huge. How have you worked to get that length or did you just start big. I am currently on a length plateau after 9 month so i am taking 3 weeks off tehn will hit it hard again. I am really starting to think about getting an extender?? ANy advise?

well I am black, so there are alot of size queens around my way and I'm kinda insecure about my flaccid size. But my other reason is that I want to be able to choose a woman with any bodytype and be able to please her and make her want more. I'm 7.25 NBP so thats about how much usable length I have. I'm sure most girls have seen a big penis and when they have, they remember it for a loooong time, I just want to have a big penis so I'll have more confidence and be more popular with the ladies. You know how much women talk and I just wanna be one of those guys they talk about, not just another average guy. I don't like settling for something. Most of them are shallow these days so I guess I have to adapt to my environment. Also the twist in my penis is kinda embarrasing so I'll get that fixed also. I'm not the type to take embarrasment very lightly so ...that's that.
