When I workout my dick at home, I always warm up with a rice sock before hand. I use a hanger at home as well as jelq, so there is no fear of injury for lack of warm up there. But I like to give a good stretch to my dik(LS tug) later in the day when at work or wherever, and I can not do a warm up at those times. I don't feel any injury possibilities when I'm stretching it, so I don't feel too scared. But my question is, will I still get some length benefit from the stretches if I don't properly warm up first when I do it later in the day?
