I ordered my SG device a while ago and ive been using it since the 1st Jan

i was warming it in over the first 20 odd days and i recently moved it upto 5 1/2 inch, and ive had a few little injuries haha

but the main thing thats concerning me is that ive changed my lifestyle quite alot over the last 2 weeks and im having less time to use the device

heres how long i CAN wear it each day -

Monday - 8 Hours
Tuesday - Rest Day (Could Do 3-5 Hours)
Wednesday - 7 Hours
Thursday - 6/7 Hours
Friday - 6/7 Hours
Saturday - (Some Weeks All Day, Some About 6 Hours)
Sunday - All Day

Im worried that ill be losing out on enhancement by like an hour because i just simply CANNOT wear it for 9-12 hours unless its the weekend

One thing that you must to do before using the device is.. READ THE INSTRUCTION. I can tell by your post that you didnt read the instruction book. Its important to familiarize yourself with the device.

For example.. You are supposed to use the device for only 3 hours at the first week. And the device is supposed to be 4 cm below your bpel. They are from the instruction book. Second week, you are supposed to use 6 hours at the second week. ALso you are supposed to add 0.5 cm pieces to each rod every 7 days. Instruction book will help you get through without any injury.

Also i failed to notice any day off in your schedule. Its important to have a full day or two off without using the device to let your dick recuperate.

ALso i would like for you to set up your measurements in BPEL, NBPEL, EG, and so on.

well i did mark Tuesday as a rest day :/ haha

i cant find my instructions book, ill have to ask my girlfriend :@ lol

i did follow those instructions though so it doesnt matter much either way, i got my routine from a post on the forums :]

LOL. you are lucky to have your girlfriend that understand and encourage you into doing it. I shudder to think what my girlfriend will do when i tell her. lol.

Im sure that you followed Big Al's routine. Right?
