View Full Version : Love this PC flexes

Hello,
I've been training my PC for just two weeks now and I'm allready shooting my load like a canon. Also I can last longer and my erections are harder.
Wish my size gains came just as fast, LOL!

I train one day on one day off, basic PC flex. I can do about 300 of them now.

I still have some questions.
I squeeze 5 secs and release 3 secs, the problem is I (still) have to restimulate every 6 reps, this means 50 TIMES restimulating in a training.
Is this normal?
I also read in a lot of posts that many people don't bother having an erection, so I wondered what the difference would be.

Hi Andrei, I don't think that having an erection is necessary for the pc exercise. Even more I feel that PC works against the erection, with me at least. The effect might be more visible since your penis lifts up, but for the muscle itself I think it makes no difference at all. Just stick to flexing your muscle and forget about other stimulation. Whats more without the erection you can do it any time anywhere! Even at work!

But there's something else.
I used to exercise without an erection for quite a while, but somehow I did not notice the benefits of a stronger PC. Only since I'm training with an erection do I notice the benefits on other occasions. That's what made me wonder.

Well, if it works for you stick to it. Now that you've mentioned it I'll try it myself.

I've also had better results training with an erection rather than without one. To me it feels like I'm isolating the PC much better with an erection than without. And yes I have the same problem I lose my erection after doing a couple.
