View Full Version : Did I reach my girth plateu?

I thought I posted this earlier today, but it wasn't here when I just looked. So....

I have noticed on here from most peoples signatures that have already gained, and have a length of at least 6.5-7 inches, that their girth is ranging from about 5-5.75. I am right at the 5.75 mark for girth. Before I started PE, I was about 4.75-5 in girth. When I began jelquing, I noticed I felt a burning,blood moving sensation. So I knew it was working to increase the girth size. But lately, I am not getting that sensation anymore when I jelq. I use a lot of squeeze too. If I grab my jelqing fingers with my other hand and squeeze real hard, I then notice I get a little bit of that past sensation. But then I am doing a two handed single jelq. Does this mean that I have come close to reaching the girth plateu? Should I continue jelqing even if I'm not feeling much,if any sensation while doing it? Or should I do the single, two handed squeeze jelq, therefore only getting about 1/3 as many in per session? As I posted when I first joined here, girth wasn't as important to me as length is. But I figure, if I'm trying to have a nice long cock, don't I wan't some thickness to go along with it?

I'm not an expert on this subject as I am fairly new to all this. But have you tried clamping, I've read alot about it and it has been able to help some people who have reached a point on their girth where they can't gain and this has helped. I wouldn't be too annoyed with it, because your girth is at a point where any man would want to be. On another note, each person has their limits but only you will truely know when you have hit it after you have tried all avenue's. Keep striving champ

thx dazzz. Lemme ask you, did you reach a point where jelqing didn't feel as if it were doing anything anymore?

Definitely,
I started out with the wet jelqs and increased the reps as needed until it became uneconomical to do them anymore ( the point where I was not getting the worked feel for a decent investment in my time), then switched to the dry jelqs, which i still do, along with squeezes.

Time to move on to ulis and squeezes.
After doing these for several months, you can try other more advanced exercises such as Supra slammers and, later on, erect bends (but be careful with these!).

A lot of tunica work will also be vital in conjunction with this regimen, because oftentimes a 'hard-to-stretch' tunica can really hold back girth gains.

Ok, so vine, I see by your signature that you gained about half an inch in girth in about a year and a half. And the last measurment on your sig for girth was August '06. It has been about 6 months now since then, so have you gained anymore girth from these advanced exercises? I am at 5.75 right now, yet I don't know how to do these "ulis","squeezes","Supra slammers", or "erect bends". Could you, or someone else please explain how to do these? I am not a memeber of Penis Health, so I can not view their workout scheme. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

As far as tunica work is concerned....I have found that when I have been hanging, and tugging(LSing) while hanging, that my tunica ceases the burning sensation after awhile(about 3-5 seperate hangs). Then I apply more weights, and it comes back, but only for a little bit. I figured that that part of my tunica had been stretched and I needed to get at another part. So I attatched the hanger on different parts of my dick(higher or lower on the shaft) and give the same tug to the exposed part of my shaft. I can then feel the burning again, and in that spot that I am pulling(or pushing). When the hanger is towards the top of my dick(closer to the head), I press into the tunica(or ligs) with my two fingers at the exposed portion of the shaft, squeeze and stretch it until I feel that burn. So all this being said, I think that I am stretching most of,if not all of the parts of my ligs.

Try looking at the advanced exercise forum, all of these are described there. Except for erect bends which is kind of described by the name, and I wouldn't bother with them because they are dangerous as hell and not worth the risk.

Just curious, but why haven't you become a member of PH after all this time?
Is $50 really that big of a deal? It's definitely worth it 10x over.

Ok, so vine, I see by your signature...

Best place to see my progress is in my log in the Enlargement Progress/Tracking section of the forum (under "Fruits of the Vine"). My sig. isn't up to date because I have not been PEing consistently throughout this time. The half-inch I've gained (based on what you see in sig.) is misleading as well, because it was actually gained in the span of a few months as opposed to a year+ of solid, dedicated PE.
