View Full Version : I've gained .5 inches in Erect Length in less than a month

I began my PE program on 1/1/07 and measured today on 1/29/07 being it's the end of my 4th week. On my 2nd week of PE I even took almost the entire week off (I had bronchitus) and was only able to do 1 day of PE exercises.

Went from 5.0"-5.1" to 5.5"-5.6" with a considerable increase in girth. All this was a combination of a strict PE workout program and PSP pills. Starting out on the program I always liked reading other members' success stories, so I felt sharing my own could help motivate others as well.

It seems that wen teh body is shocked by teh start of a PE program it maks someinitial results then it gets used to it. Alot of people say after taking a long break from no PE activity at all then start with intense work again they get even further results. So after 9 months of straight PE i am taking a 3 week break, 1 more to go today, then will start intense again. Hopefully I get that extra push .

Thois strategy has helped a few guys break through their plateaus previously. Hope it can do the same for you ;)

yea, thanks Dazz its been about 3 weeks now and I have a couple days left for no PE but masturating today i noticed a small increase in length i saw a BPEL at 6.5 form 6.25 and it was pretty hard. It got me exited to see teh results come now. My flaccid however loks so weak and shrivelled from only 3 weeks off. It makes me ad how it looks.

Is this erection lengh ncrease a sign I should get back into routine or keep resting a bit longer?

Thanks nick, here are my old routines along with my current one:

Weeks 1-2:
Warm up Cloth 3 minutes
Long Schlong 5 Reps @ 10 seconds(Left, Right, Up, Down, Out)
Power Stretch 3 Reps @ 10 seconds + 5 second PC Flex (Left, Right, Up, Down, Out)
Warm up Cloth 1 minute
Jelqs 75-100
Warm up Cloth 1 minute
PC Flexes throughout the week

Week 3:
Warm up Cloth 3-5 minutes
Long Schlong 5 Reps @ 15 seconds(Left, Right, Up, Down, Out)
Power Stretch 3 Reps @ 10 seconds + 5 second PC Flex (Left, Right, Up, Down, Out)
Warm up Cloth 2 minutes
Jelqs 100-150
Warm up Cloth 2 minutes
PC Flexes throughout the week

Weeks 4-5:
Warm up Cloth 3-5 minutes
Long Schlong 5 Reps @ 15 seconds(Left, Right, Up, Down, Out)
Power Stretch 4 Reps @ 10 seconds + 5 second PC Flex (Left, Right, Up, Down, Out)
LS Heli 4 Full Reps @ 30 seconds each (2 Reps Clockwise, 2 Reps Counter-Clockwise)
Warm up Cloth 2-3 minutes
Jelqs 120
Squeezes 20-30 (20 Week 4, 30 Week 5)
Warm up Cloth 2-3 minutes
PC Flexes throughout the week
