My foreskin

Hey.

I'm a 23 year old male who had an operation three years ago for Phimose ( Really tight foreskin, couldnt even see my glance)

Now my foreskin is to loose and it "slips" down and stays under the penis head and my head gets sore all the time.

My questions are: will this condition decrease my sensivity in the head, and is there something I could do to "tighten" my foreskin?

I could off course take another operation, but it seems to me that doctors keeps fucking it up and I dont want make things worse

While I don’t have the exact problem you do, I'm not circumcised. If I pull my foreskin back for even one day, the head of my penis will get a little sore. I would guess after 20 years of no exposure to fabrics it could take a long time to get adjusted.
This would be my advice to you – try out other fabrics. If you’re wearing the traditional cotton/polyester underwear they sell now, it will create a lot of friction.
Try underwear made out of Spandex, Lycra, or even silk.
The other less pleasant option would be to wear tighter underwear that restricts your penis from moving. I personally would never go that route.
