im having trouble figuring out if im contracting the right muscle. i can stop myself from urinating but when im sitting down with an erection i can flex the penis right below the testicles and near the anus. they all make my penis jump. is there an easy way to know im flexing the right muscle. also i wanted to construct a powerjelq. can i find a jar lifter at a store or do i have to order one online.
