Also, it doesn't sound line the volume that would be related to taking a leak. Since your relatively new at all of this, I would vote for pre-cum. A note about the urination before sexual activities thing...
I actually prefer to not urinate beforehand, unless I have to go really badly. This ensures that I have plenty to piss with after the activities, which helps to clean out the plumbing and prevent the cum from sticking to the inside of the urethra.
