Hey guys, I have recently started up PE again. Im at college and I do not have a lot of time to do exercises. As of right now, I am only performing stretching exercises. I spend about 12-15 minutes on my routine and it is fairly intense. I currently go 3 days on 1 day off, and then 2 on and one off. You know the typical. Has anyone seen decent gains with this type of routine, or do any of the vets have any input on what they think about this type of routine.

Hi mate,
some PE is better than none at all.
I cannot give you advice on stretching only as I have always done a balanced routine. However, if you are able to devote 12 - 15 mins a day of intense stretching (with the correct warmup and warmdown) then I imagine you should be able to achieve some good length gains over a period of time.
Cheers

Yea I see. I guess my logic is that when you have a balanced routine, your length gains don't come from girth work right, they come from stretching. So I'm hoping that I'll see some good gains over time if I have an intense stretching routine. I'm sure if I see some good gains I'll let everyone know. Thanks for the response Daz, always appreciated :)

If you are doing a rigorous and advanced stretching routine, I believe stretches that focus on the tunica can also lead to slight girth gains. I think I read that in one of the threads on the Bundled Tunica Stretch. Personally, it is my favorite manual stretch. It stretches the tunica in two directions at once; along its length, and laterally.

I agree which is why some extenders also grow a little girth.

I'll sure as hell make it rigorous, over some time. I think after a month or so I'll start doing some incorporating some tunica stretches. As for now I think I will stick with simple stretching for about a month and see what happens. Divulse, have you seen good gains using the tunica stretch?

Flava,
The question is a little more difficult than it sounds. Off the bat let me say "YES." However, I'm not doing ONLY a tunica workout. I use the SG device for length and I clamp for girth. My warm-ups consist of tunica heavy stretches. I firmly believe that stretching the tunica before the main part of my workout has increased the speed with which I have gained both length and girth; however, many of the tunica stretches are advanced exercises, so make sure you're at the appropriate level of fitness before you try them out. (Of course, when I say 'increased speed' I don't mean to suggest that gains are fast. This is an endurance race boys!)
I hope I've answered your question well enough. I love tunica work, especially the bundled stretch, and I doubt I'll ever drop it from my routine.
Ciao.

Yes that answers my question. I had been Peeing for a long while but once I got to college, I did not have as much time to devote to PE so I've been on a good 4 month hiatus. I hear good things about the tunica and I did try the bundled tunica a couple of times a while ago and really could feel it stretching! I think I'll keep it simple for a bit and then incorporate more stretches. Thanks for the info divulse, good luck to ya!
