Im planning on starting up PE again after a break of about 8 months.
ive never really noticed any permanent gains. only temporary ones ,while i was doing PE.
The gains slowly seem to disappear with time.
so any gains made with PE are supposed to be permanent, right?
if so, then am i doing something wrong?
and which exercise do you guys think is the most effective overall?
thanks

Always a good idea to do a quick search before posting, I think this particular thread will be of use to you!

Personally I think if you wean off correctly and keep a few Jelq's going consistently then you should only lose a tiny fraction of your gains, no more than half an inch.

No more than half an inch? What if half an inch is all someone has been able to gain? -_-

Then they should still be on the program

Unless that's all they are capable of gaining, in which case I doubt they'd lose nearly as much as the afore mentioned half an inch, it was an example and on reflection a poor one.
My point stands though, thank you for the correction.

Bigal says that he hasn't done any exercises in 2 years other than kegals and he hasn't lost a thing. I say as long as you kegal and have regular sexual activity(or masturbation) you shouldn't lose anything, (.25' AT MOST)

HI guys,
Just to wade in to this debate.
Firstly, When you start a PE program, jelqing will give immediate, but temporary girth gains. A lot of the miraculous overnight girth gains that get posted on the forum are post workout measurements by newbies. The residual pump from the first weeks jelqing can last for several days before reverting back to your original size, so the trap is that guys come in, jelq for a week or 2 , think the girth gains ar"e permanent, then drop off the program , only to lose the gains in a week or so.
The gains from PE are permanent, BUT the real gains take time to build up. Once you have real gains, they must be "cemented" as desribed by penishealth or in these forums, a weaning off program must take place and a light "maintenance" program is recommended.
Let me state once again. I gained 1" in BPEL and 0.25" in Girth in 4 months of religious PE. I ceased the program - with no weaning off period, for 17 months. Other than an occaisional stretch in the toilet, or squeeze/jelq when I was masturbating. I did not follow a PE routine for that 17 months. When I recommenced the program, I had lost 4mm of Length and a couple mm in girth. I believe that the loss was the most recent gains that had not had enough time to cement themselves.
I do not believe it is possible to lose ALL your gains, if those gains have come over a long period. Of course, if you are an easy gainer and gain miraculously in a few weeks then give up, then yes, I believe you will lose most of, if not ALL those gains.
Food for thought ;)
Cheers
